These disappeared in 3 days max. They’re not sticky, cut well and were sooo easy to make (are we seeing a trend here?).

  • 1/4 cup evaporated cane juice sugar (or white, if you must)
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 cups Cheerios

In large pot, cook sugar and honey over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter until blended. Add Cheerios, stir to coat. Press into a 13 in. x 9 in. x 2 in. pan, lightly greased with coconut oil or butter. Chill and store at room temperature.

*Note: This recipe, like many posted on my blog, is not my own. I found it somewhere (I forget where now) and altered it to suit my tastes. Just sayin’.
