- 1/4 cup evaporated cane juice sugar (or white, if you must)
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 3 cups Cheerios
In large pot, cook sugar and honey over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter until blended. Add Cheerios, stir to coat. Press into a 13 in. x 9 in. x 2 in. pan, lightly greased with coconut oil or butter. Chill and store at room temperature.
