Sweet Potato Crisps

Just wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the deliciosity of sweet potatoes.


Peel and thinly slice one large sweet potato. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with cooking oil. Spread out the potato slices on the foil and spray with oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and raw sugar. Bake in a 350 degree oven until crisp.

Optional Dip: 2 tbsp. cream cheese + 2 tsp. brown sugar warmed in the microwave for 20 seconds (stir after 10 seconds). Lovely.
