I am not a very talented knitter. Try as I might, most of the things I knit come out all funky and misshapen. Take this scarf, for example. I ran out of yarn towards the end and had to improvise: I folded the end back onto the scarf and sewed it up, creating a little loop through which the rest of the scarf could be threaded. Then I sewed on two little flower buttons for embellishment. Probably not what Kayla was expecting, but I hope she wears it anyway. It’s the thought that counts, right? Or… the warmth?
