Two Dressings: Herbed Oil & Vinegar and Yogurt Ranch

The bases (first three ingredients) of these dressings are highly-adaptable. After adding each subsequent ingredient to the base, I gave it a test, then adjusted according to my taste. I used dry herbs because that’s what I had on hand, but both dressings would be tasty with fresh herbs.

  • 2 tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. unfiltered, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. unfiltered, cold-pressed flaxseed oil
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. raw honey
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black or rainbow pepper

Whisk ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a glass container with a tight-fitting lid. (Use a funnel. Trust me.) Store in fridge, shake well before each use.
